Any complaints about the hotel or facilities must be raised directly with the hotel management during your stay, however any issues which could not be resolved satisfactorily must be notified to Vanilla Tours in writing or by email as soon as possible and we will abide by the following time-scales:

(1) an acknowledgement sent within three working days
(2) a progress update within 14 working days
(3) a substantive reply and conclusion within 28 working days
